Rules

We at FQRV (“French Quarter RV Resort”) wish to make your stay in the Big Easy as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. If at any time you feel that something is not right, please notify us and we will do our best to remedy any problems or concerns.

RV Conditions

RV's must be a self contained recreational vehicle according to RVIA standards (www.rvia.org). The permission of any RV wishing to enter the premises is at the sole discretion of FQRV management.

Rates

Rates are based on four (4) people per site. There is a $10/day charge for each additional person. There is a maximum of six (6) people per site. Rates are based upon one (1) RV and one (1) tow vehicle per site. The maximum stay at any site in the Resort is thirty (30) days. Rates are subject to change. Note: Rates vary according to season. Visitors/Parking

Please notify the office if you intend to have visitors at your site, visitors are the responsibility of the person reserving the site. Four (4) visitors are allowed per site each day between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. There is a $10/day charge for each additional vehicle. Parking passes are available at the front desk. Guests are limited to two (2) currently licensed vehicles per site, including the RV. Vehicles must be parked within the gray paverstone border at each site. Parking on the grass or in the roadway is strictly prohibited.

Check-In/Check-Out Times

Check-in time is noon; Check-out time is 11:00am. A $10.00 an hour fee will be assessed for every hour following check-out time, until 3 p.m. when another day rate applies. Checking in early or checking out late is not guaranteed; both are dependent upon availability and confirmation with the Front Desk in advance. Please check with the Front Desk for availability.

Reservations / Payments/Cancellation Policy

Reservations are highly recommended and require a minimum 50% deposit with a credit card confirmation to guarantee your reservation prior to check-in or within five days of making your reservation. Payment in full for your stay is due upon check-in.

By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing FQRV to bill your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
A $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations. (This includes early departures of your already existing stay with FQRV).
Cancellations made more than one week prior to your scheduled date of arrival will receive a refund, less the $25.00 cancellation fee.
All Special Event cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation is made, will be credited to your French Quarter RV Resort (FQRV) account, less the $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than one week prior to the scheduled date of arrival and cancellations made during one's stay will receive a credit back to their French Quarter RV Resort (FQRV) account, less the $25.00 cancellation fee.
All Special Event cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation is made, will be credited to your French Quarter RV Resort (FQRV) account, less the $25.00 cancellation fee.
A site may be requested but we do not guarantee specific sites.
Gazebo sites are an additional $10/night based upon availability.
If you are assigned a privately owned site, we apologize in advance if we must ask you to move to another site due to the unexpected arrival of the site owner or other reasons.

Minor Children

Minor children (under the age of 13) should be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests are responsible for any damages that minor children may cause while staying at the French Quarter RV Resort.

Mail

Mail service is provided for guests and can be picked up at the front desk during normal office hours. To insure receipt of your mail, ask the sender to use our address along with the name of the Guest in “attention to” (attn:) or “care of” (c/o):

Pets

FQRV is a pet friendly resort that understands that pets are an extension of your family. Pets are allowed, but not to be left unattended outside. Pets must be kept on a leash and it is the guests' responsibility for cleaning up after their pet on the resort property. Please be compliant with guest rules and place all pet waste inside a proper trash bag at the end of your site for daily pick-up. Failure to clean up after your pet may result in a $50 fine per violation. Pets are not allowed anywhere in the Courtyard (including the pool area, recreation room, fitness room, bathrooms, or laundry room). Please respect your fellow guests by keeping a quiet space at FQRV.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the clubhouse buildings or in/near the pool. Please be respectful of your fellow guests while smoking.

Pool Area/Jacuzzi (8 a.m. to 11 p.m.)

Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. No lifeguards are provided. All persons use the pool at their own risk. No pets, smoking or glass are permitted in or near the pool area. No jumping or diving into the pool is allowed. No running is allowed near the courtyard area. Please maintain appropriate behavior and be considerate to other guests, making sure safety is key.

Recreation Room (8 a.m. to 11 p.m.)

The recreation room is available to all guests. Please inquire with the Front Desk for use of the large-screen tv. A computer is located in the recreation room. All minor children must be accompanied by an adult while using the computer. Anyone found tampering with or incorrectly using any equipment will be asked to leave the resort and/or be subject to fines.Private functions requiring exclusive use of the Recreation Room and BBQ area must be reserved and approved by the Front Desk. Private functions require a minimum deposit and, depending upon the function, a fee.

Fitness Room (8 a.m. to 11 p.m.)

The fitness room is open to all guests throughout the day. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Anyone found tampering with or incorrectly using any equipment will be asked to leave the resort and/or be subjected to fines.

Laundry Room

The laundry room is open from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm. Coin-operated washers, dryers, coin machines, soap and beverage machines are located in the Laundry Room. Clothes left unattended will be discarded at the discretion of FQRV. Clotheslines are not allowed. No towels or laundry of any kind may be dried outside.

Restroom / Shower Facilities

There are four restrooms/showers for guests (one handicapped-friendly). Please be considerate of your fellow guests when using the facilities. Please collect all your belongings before exiting the facilities. Please let the Front Desk know if any supplies need to be restocked or a mess has occurred that requires attention.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00pm until 8:00am. Loud, objectionable noise will not be tolerated at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave with no refund. Generators are not to be run at any time in the resort. Full electrical hookups are provided at each site.

Fires / Barbeques

Ground fires are not allowed on the individual RV sites. A grill is provided in the courtyard.

Firearms / Fireworks

Discharging firearms, firecrackers or other explosives of any kind is strictly prohibited and illegal.

Vehicle Maintenance

Although vehicle washing/cleaning is allowed, no mechanical maintenance (e.g. oil change, etc.) is permitted in the resort. The front desk can provide contact information for a service/repair contractor.

Bicycles / Roller Blades / Skates / Skateboards / Scooters / Motorcycles / Motorbikes / ATV's / Gopeds, etc.

Due to site density, bicycles, roller blades, skates, skateboards, scooters, motorcycles, etc., may not be used/driven within the resort, except for purposes of ingress and egress. No motorized vehicle should be operated by anyone other than a licensed driver.

Watercraft / Utility Trailers / Extra Vehicles

Due to site density, the storage of boats, utility trailers, and other such excess vehicles in the resort is strictly prohibited. Arrangements can be made for storage at a location outside the premises - please contact the front desk for more information.

Speed Limit

A ten (10) MPH speed limit is strictly enforced. Violators will be asked to leave the resort.

Site Usage

Temporary fences are permitted to be placed on your site. At no time can any item be permanently affixed on a site. FQRV does not allow tents to be placed on or around your site for any reason.

Site Cleanliness

Guests are responsible for keeping their site clean and clear of debris during their visit. Sewer connections must be air-tight. Disorderly sites are not tolerated. Unapproved storage containers, generators, large antennas, “For Sale” signs, etc., are not permitted.

Right of Access

Management reserves the right to conduct site inspections throughout the resort at any time, including, but not limited to, access to each and every site for landscaping and routine maintenance.

Commercial Activity

No business or commercial activity of any kind shall be conducted on any site or from the resort in general.

Guest’s Liabilities for Damages

Guests shall use the resort’s common use areas and facilities with due care;
Guests shall leave their site and the facilities in the state they were before one's arrival, taking into consideration the normal use of facilities;
Guests shall be liable to the resort for any damages to FQRV’s property. FQRV shall have the sole right to determine the cost of any damages.

FQRV, LLC, and FQRV Resort Condominium Association, LLC, are not responsible for loss due to fire, accidents, thefts or causes beyond their control. Management reserves the right to modify these rules and regulations as necessary and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
