Cancellation Policy for Regular Daily Rates:
- Reservations are highly recommended and require a 50% deposit with a credit card to guarantee your reservation.
- By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing FQRV the right to bill your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, including any costs accrued while at the resort and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
- No refunds, credit, or prorating for early departures under any circumstances.
- Cancellations made more than one week prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a refund less the $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than one week prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a credit back to your FQRV account, less the $25.00 cancellation fee.
- FQRV credits are valid for an 18 month period and will be void thereafter.
- Reservations are highly recommended and require payment in full at time of booking.
- Cancellations made 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a refund to your credit card less the $25.00 cancellation fee and the first night’s special event rate.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a credit to your FQRV client account less the $25.00 cancellation fee and the first night’s special event rate.
- FQRV credits received will be valid for an 18 month period and will be void thereafter.
