FQRV 2014 Special Event Rates
- New Year's Day - January 1: $139.00
- Mardi Gras - February 28 - March 4: $199.00 per night {$159.00 per night if you book all 5 nights}

- French Quarter Festival - April 10-13: $139.00 per night
- Jazz Festival - April 25-27 & May 1-4: $139.00 per night
- Essence Festival - July 4-7: $139.00 per night

Cancellation Policy for Regular Daily Rates:
- Reservations are highly recommended and require a 50% deposit with a credit card to guarantee your reservation.
- By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing FQRV the right to bill your credit card for the full amount of the reservation, including any costs accrued while at the resort and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure.
- No refunds, credit, or prorating for early departures under any circumstances.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a credit back to your FQRV account, less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- FQRV credits are valid for an 18 month period and will be void thereafter.
Cancellation Policy for Special Events & Holidays:
- Reservations are highly recommended and require payment in full at time of booking.
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a refund to your credit card less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a refund or FQRV credit less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
- FQRV credits are valid for an 18 month period and will be void thereafter.
