Rates & Reservations

Rent or Own

  • A reservation guarantees a site, not a specific site number. We apologize if we must ask you to move due to the unexpected arrival of the site owner. Rates are based on four (4) people per site. There is a $10/day charge for each additional person. Rates include one RV and one tow vehicle.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-outs will be charged a rate of $5/hour - any late check-out beyond 5:00 pm will be assessed at the current nightly rate. Check-in time is noon. Any arrival/check-in prior to this time will be assessed at the previous night’s rate.
  • We offer a 10% discount for members of AAA, CAA, FMCA, FQCC or Good Sam Club. Special event rates are not discounted.

Mardi Gras (Mar 4-8) - 2 night minimum, at $199/night, 3 nights at $179/night, 4 nights at $159/ night, 5 nights at $139/ night
St. Patrick's Day Parades (Mar 12-13) - from $89/night
French Quarter Fest (Apr 8-10) - 2 night minimum from $119/night
Jazz Fest 1st weekend (Apr 22-24) - 2 night minimum, at $129/night, 3 nights at $109/night
Jazz Fest 2nd weekend (Apr 28-May 2) - 2 night minimum, at $129/night, 3 nights at $109/night
